COVID19 Information

For the safety of our staff and clients we have implemented Covid 19 measures as per the following….

Building Capacity:

  • We are able to accommodate upto 1 client with their pet in the waiting room;  
  • Partners, family and friends can see the Vet in the consult room if they wait outside to be called in.

Masks:

  • Masks are to be worn in the Consultation room with the Vet. 
  • Mask wearing is encouraged in the waiting room. 

Check In:

  • Please make your way to the covered area to the front of the building where hand sanitiser stations are provided for your convenience;
  • While undercover please check in with the ‘CBR’ app; 
  • One client with one pet can enter the waiting room to check in with reception;
  • Partners, family and friends can enter to see the Vet when you have been called. 

If your Pet needs veterinary attention and:

  • You’re experiencing respiratory or flu-like symptoms and/ or;
  • You need to be self-isolated or quarantined and/or;
  • You identify as being vulnerable for the purposes of Covid 19…

By working together to undertake these measures, we aim to limit the impact of this virus for our clients, patients and staff.
