I worked at Tuggeranong Vet Hospital from July 2017 until January 2019 and it has been a great place to work. They have created a wonderful workplace culture where everyone looks out for each other. I found the practice partners to be highly supportive and caring. I also felt I had a great life-work balance. I started here after 6 months of maternity leave which was a bit daunting and I could not have had a better experience. The only reason I left was because of an interstate move and if I could I would be back in a heartbeat.

Tuggeranong Veterinary Hospital was a very welcoming and well structured hospital to work for. I did locum work for them while being pregnant and the staff were accommodating, helpful and very competent. I would highly recommend this hospital for any vet looking for work and that would include new graduates.

I then graduated to reception where I thoroughly enjoyed engaging with the fantastic clients and their pets, many of whom I remember fondly. I loved working at TVH and gained valuable knowledge and communication skills whilst working with a great team. I am now a pharmacist which I enjoy - but I do miss working with animals!
